Officially welcoming Newton Protocol as a new member of GOE Alliance

Newton Protocol is “The Authorization Layer for on-chain Finance” — an infrastructure layer that enables financial institutions to define and enforce compliance policies, risk management frameworks, and business rules directly within on-chain transactions — producing verifiable compliance receipts that institutions and regulators can trust.

Developed by Magic Labs — the team behind wallet and onboarding infrastructure supporting more than 50 million wallets globally — Newton Protocol is addressing one of the core challenges of on-chain finance: the authorization layer for institutional capital flows.

The collaboration between GOE Alliance and Newton Protocol will help advance infrastructure standards for On-chain Finance, particularly across areas such as compliant DeFi, tokenized real-world assets (RWA), institutional onboarding, and programmable compliance.

As part of this collaboration, Newton Protocol will serve as the official authorization and compliance layer for GOE Alliance's ecosystem programs — the default compliance standard for the VIFC member platform, and the compliance layer on which teams in GOE's incubation program build under.

Through Newton’s on-chain policy enforcement model, institutions can implement control mechanisms for KYC, sanctions, jurisdiction management, exposure limits, and asset governance directly at the moment of transaction execution — enabling institutional capital to participate more deeply in the on-chain economy in a way that is transparent, verifiable, and aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks.

GOE Alliance believes that the addition of Newton Protocol will further expand the ecosystem of infrastructure layers powering the next generation digital economy — where compliance, capital movement, and digital asset interoperability can operate simultaneously at global scale.
