Setting the Context: A Campaign for a National Milestone

On March 20, 2026, GOE Alliance hosted a briefing session to introduce the Bright Lights (Sáng Đèn) campaign — a nationwide initiative marking the launch month of the VIFC-HCMC Building. The session was designed not just as an introduction, but as an early step in shaping a coordinated effort around one of the most important milestones in Vietnam’s emerging financial landscape.

The session brought together representatives from major enterprises and corporations across Ho Chi Minh City. More than a presentation, the meeting served as a shared space for alignment — where partners could explore how to participate, contribute, and position themselves within a broader national initiative linked to the development of VIFC-HCMC.

The Core of Bright Lights (Sáng Đèn)

At the center of the campaign are three guiding ideas. The first is Convergence — bringing together over 20 influential figures from the region and around the world. The second is Commitment — reflecting long-term confidence and engagement with Vietnam’s future. The third is Illumination — highlighting the country’s culture, people, and historical identity through a campaign designed to resonate at a national level.

Together, these elements form a unified narrative that connects people, capital, and culture within a single initiative.
From Concept to Participation

During the session, GOE Alliance also shared the overall concept of the campaign and outlined how organizations can take part. The focus was on creating clear entry points for participation, allowing partners to align their presence with the broader message of the campaign while contributing to its execution.

Looking Ahead

The Bright Lights campaign represents more than a launch activity. It signals a collective effort to shape how Vietnam presents itself at a moment of transition — connecting institutional development with cultural expression and long-term commitment.

As VIFC-HCMC moves into its operational phase, initiatives like Bright Lights offer a platform for partners to take part in that journey, not only as participants, but as contributors to a shared national milestone.
