March 11, 2026 | Sihub — 123 Truong Dinh, 6th Floor, HCMC
This morning, over 20 senior representatives from leading corporations, enterprises, and ecosystem builders gathered for the inaugural 2026 meeting hosted by VIFC-HCMC and GOE Alliance — chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Huu Huan, Vice Chairman of the VIFC-HCMC Executive Agency.
This was not a networking event. This was a working session.
Direct Access, Real Answers
Over 90 minutes, the Vice Chairman engaged directly and substantively with attendees on the regulatory framework governing VIFC, sandbox mechanisms, development strategy, and the action plan for 2026. Every question received a specific, on-the-ground answer — not a slide deck, not a referral.

Global Infrastructure Players at the Table
Representatives from Chainlink and Stellar — two of the most recognized names in global blockchain infrastructure — presented clear collaboration proposals and raised strategic concerns.
The Vice Chairman listened, advised on the spot, and acted immediately.
Stellar's representatives were connected to work directly with the delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, scheduled to visit the United States later this month — creating a direct institutional bridge between Stellar's US headquarters and Vietnam's highest-level policy leadership.
Chainlink held a dedicated session with GOE Alliance to discuss strategic joint projects in the near term, receiving valuable institutional insights from VIFC in the process.
From Questions to Commitments
Other attendees raised critical questions spanning digital asset custody, intellectual property exchange platforms, and cross-border payment infrastructure — all addressed in real time.
The Vice Chairman called on all parties to build substantive projects that generate real cash flow and meaningful economic value for VIFC-HCMC, and committed that VIFC-HCMC will actively support and enable the growth of the Fintech Hub community.
GOE Alliance consolidated all proposals and feedback from the session into a concrete action plan. By the end of the meeting, participants were not planning next steps — they were already executing them.
Introducing: The Bright Lights Campaign
The session concluded with GOE Alliance unveiling the Bright Lights Campaign (Chiến dịch Sáng Đèn) — launching in April 2026 at the VIFC-HCMC Building, 8 Nguyen Hue, District 1.
The campaign aims to build real, vibrant economic activity at the heart of VIFC-HCMC — transforming opportunity into tangible collaboration between enterprises and the financial center. Members of the Fintech Hub community are invited to participate.
